At GDGPS Dwarka we provide a continual learning environment to our students and staff. I and my team are focused on creating and sustaining positive culture and positive climate where student resilience and wellbeing are at the centre of the school environment. We have embedded a culture of assessing the impact of learning programs, and aligning them to suit individual student needs so that students can reach their full potential. We are also focused on building teachers' understandings of positive classroom behavior and engagement practices and ensuring students have the tools and skills to develop positive and self-regulating behaviours. We have taken small steps for building school pride and empowering students so they have a greater say in the decisions that affect their learning and their lives at school, and fully and proudly participate in school life.
